Located in one of the prominent areas of Malatya, the MALATYA TOKI PROJECT is designed to meet the needs of modern living. A total of 500 residences have been constructed under this project. The utilized materials highlight durable building elements such as basalt and andesite stones. With its environmentally friendly architectural lines, the project prioritizes natural lighting and energy efficiency. Equipped with social areas, green spaces, and sports facilities, the project aims to ensure a comfortable living for its residents.
